At Jasmine Retreats, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with every purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Method
Please note that Jasmine Retreats only offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and manuals.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Jasmine Retreats will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to other reasons ( change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds
we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receiving your returned product for inspection and processing of your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products received more than 7 days ago
  • Custom or special-order products

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting [email protected]. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
